From beginner to advanced, both our hot and unheated yoga classes offer you a place to sweat it out and stretch it out while learning the basics and building into an advanced yoga practice.
Sculpt the lean body you’ve always wanted in this class that uses small, isolated movements to work every muscle group. You’ll see and feel the difference in your muscle tone and strength!
Hop on your ReadRyder® bike and get in a total-body workout – not just legs and cardio! You’ll engage your upper body and your core, plus the increased calorie burn lasts long after class.
Work through a series of moves designed to tone and lengthen your muscles and improve your balance and strength. You’ll push yourself and come out stronger, more fit, more flexible, and feeling great!

They are happy to work with people just starting out so that they get a proper start to their yoga lifestyle. We have a wide variety of classes suitable for beginners.
